Shane is a Chartered Accountant, who has worked in and around all areas of Taxation and Advice. Finding solutions to problems and interpreting complex matters into simple, easy-to-understand terms is his specialty, as well as Taxation Returns of all shapes and sizes. It is all designed to ensure that clients feel like they have gained something from their personal dealings.
As part of his development, he was Treasurer of the State Body of Canteen for four years with one year on the National Committee. He had seven years as President of CBC Old Collegians Football Club and another year as Treasurer. One of his biggest challenges was his election to the West Adelaide Football Club board where he served as Finance Director for six years.
Shane is a tragic sports fan and gets excited over any sports conversation. This has lead to providing services to many leading sports people in AFL, AFLW, ATP Tennis, Soccer and Racing Industries.

CPA, DIRECTOR
Nicole brings a special passion to Winter & Co with her ability to dive into problems and find answers, particularly with IT and system solutions. XERO is a word that Nicole rarely leaves out of a sentence – she is always ensuring that Winter & Co is cutting edge.
Nicole is CPA qualified and will provide all aspects of business and taxation advice, and compliance. She is constantly finding ways of gaining new knowledge that will help to assist her clients. As a working Mum with two girls, she understands what time poor means!
She has a keen passion for sport and the local community having coached her girls in netball and having been on many committees. She also has a passion for the arts, dance, and music, learning classical guitar growing up in Mildura or with her girls at dance recitals.
SMSF MANAGER
Deb is a pioneer in the area of Self Managed Superannuation Funds. Having been an integral part of one of Australia’s largest SMSF administration providers, Deb has ridden the wave of changes in superannuation over the last 22 years.
Deb will care for all aspects of your SMSF fund such as accounting, finance, taxation and coordination of the Audit. It is all about client service and satisfaction – nothing is too small or too big.
She also has an interest in not-for-profits, having extensive experience on local committees. She has a passion for Korfball and has played and coached for many years. She also loves a good pilates class in her spare time.
GRADUATE ACCOUNTANT & SMSF CLIENT SERVICES
Jonah obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Finance) from Flinders University in 2020. He completed work experience at Winter & Co during his final year of studies.
Jonah has created a niche in the administration and management of Self-Managed Superannuation Funds. His other specialty is in the area of not for profits, having had a lifetime of service to CBC Old Collegians Football Club.
Jonah is expanding into the areas of personal and business taxation and is already a XERO-certified adviser. There is no black and white with Jonah, it is all purple and white.
UNDERGRADUATE ACCOUNTANT
Anthony is in his final year of a Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of South Australia. He is a valuable member of the team having joined Winter & Co in the midst of the COVID 19 pandemic. He provided much-needed support for clients in the areas of XERO, STP, Job Keeper, and Cash Flow Boost.
Anthony is a self-confessed XERO convert and has invested in understanding all aspects of the software to maximise the benefits for clients. He loves finding solutions for clients and shares the views of Kerry Packer when it comes to minimising taxation.
When he is out of the office and not studying you can usually find him fishing, snorkelling, mountain biking, road biking, or at the gym. To prove our diversity, he is a Port Adelaide supporter.
ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR
Hayley has been working at Winter & Co for a number of years and previously worked in the Accounting industry after living abroad.
Hayley maintains and assists clients with their ASIC requirements and Corporate Compliance.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, coffee, and spending time with family and friends.
Kayla started with Winter & Co in April 2019. Prior to working with us, Kayla has worked in customer service roles for the past seven years.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, finding new restaurants, going to gigs and playing football at Goodwood Saints Football Club. Kayla goes out of her way to ensure clients are happy and nothing is too much trouble for her.
